Tracking my physique

So a quick blog on how I track my physique and what I look out for. So I've decided to take enter a men's physique competition in just over 4 weeks time and I'm looking at my physique every day. You can find updated images in my gallery.
I focus on my week points and I'm forever learning more strong poses and which poses hold best for me.
I'm up every morning and weighing my self to see if my diet and training is working, so if my weight is going up and I'm looking in the mirror thinking I've got leaner then I know what I'm doing is right. I'm mainly looking at my waist to shoulders ratio and what positions makes my chest (my weakest point) look as good as it can be. Before I go to bed I'm hitting poses, before I get dressed and after the gym I'm always hitting my generic poses.
I sometimes get people along with me to track, another set of eyes never hurts and a bit of constructive criticism is fantastic, not only does it bring up the points I need to work on but it gives me that motivation to work harder and hold those poses better.
Every day is a different day, so if you look at yourself one day and you think 'I'm getting nowhere, don't worry about it, tomorrow is a new day and keep working at it. Consistency is so important so as long as your not regressing keep at it. I hope this has helped a few people out and look forward to my next blog. Keep smashing it people.
